'How to Lead Lively Workshops' is a two day workshop for people who want to run good workshops where the participants are fully engaged, learning all they need to learn and enjoying themselves.
When? SATURDAY 14th June 10.00 - 7.00 and SUNDAY 15th June 10.00 - 4.00
Where? Muswell Hill, London
SATURDAY: Take part in a 'Confidence and Creativity' workshop and then stay for an early evening session to reflect on your experience as a participant and on how the workshop was designed.
SUNDAY: learn more about engagement and workshop design, test out ideas of your own and start putting your own workshop plans together.
Here's what previous participants said:
'I enjoyed the weekend immensely' * 'a genuine eye-opener'
'stretching my creativity' * 'well worth the investment'
'Just right for anyone who wants to run workshops which are experiential and interactive.'
You’ll receive a copy of my book 'Good Question! The Art of Asking Questions to Bring About Positive Change' when you enrol and a ‘How to Run Lively Workshops’ workbook at the workshop.
After the weekend course there’s a follow-up group teleconference call on June 17th at 7.30 and you can book a 1-2-1 coaching/mentoring session with Judy and a follow up meeting facilitated by Gill at her home.
Please join us for a thoughtful, inspiring, motivating weekend in which you can prepare to lead your own lively workshops that take into account our human capacities. Whatever you do or don’t know already it’s an opportunity to move your own personal development, creativity and workshop design agenda forward.

Where can you stay?

So, what’s stopping you?
'I’m Concerned it will be too basic or too advanced'. Don’t worry, the point of this is to get together and for you to get your own learning needs met through taking on new challenges with a real mixture of people.
'It’s not weird stuff like tree-hugging and incantations to the sun is it?' No, it isn’t - though we'll use the garden for breakout spaces if the sun is out. You’ll explore different art media (I won’t say which ones because I like to keep an element of surprise - these challenges build confidence) on Saturday, but your beliefs and thought-processes will be respected. It’s not about doing anything that’s alien to you and it is about feeling more confident in how you want to create your workshops.
'This sounds brilliant! I haven’t seen anything like this advertised elsewhere.' It does, doesn’t it? I haven’t seen a workshop like this offered by anyone else and that’s precisely why I’m offering it to you.
'I have to work in quite a formal setting so will this be of any use? 'Well, it is the weekend so we’ll be quite relaxed in some ways, but my formal content and many of the activities are directly applicable even in formal corporate settings. Your design focus will be on the workshops you want to create. As all good facilitators do, I’ll be ‘flexing’ my style to suit you.
'I’m already confident/creative so what’s the point?' 'Great, you’ll enjoy working creatively with a diverse group of interesting people and get clearer about how you want to develop your own mixed bag of skills, knowledge and experiences. You can keep the momentum going from the workshop and get started straight away, with the added support of the group conference call and your one to one coaching/mentoring session.
'I might be out of my depth.' At some moments you might be, just as you might be if you went on an away day mountaineering challenge, but I’ll be building a supportive group and it will be a good chance to dismantle your blocks to moving forward (I’m a coach as well as a workshop leader remember!)
'I want to know more please.' Then ring me on 01314414099
