• On Saturday participate in a Confidence and Creativity' day workshop, reflect on your experiences as a participant and learn about workshop design.

Creative Soul Workshop

Here's news about a special and inexpensive weekend workshop for you from 6th-8th June in North Wales

In an “insanely beautiful” natural haven relax into your wider, deeper, soulful self. Find mirrors in the forest and river, questions in the mountain and lake. Some say the guiding, guardian spirit of Cae Mabon is Taliesin, the early Welsh poet and inspired creative genius. Come and be touched by his divine madness, and, in so doing, “lively up yourself”! Be nourished, sustained, refreshed and reawakened… for the weekend and for life.

The workshop will include: movement and voice work to relax, energise and open… walks in the forest, slow and vigorous… telling personal stories and archetypal tales, and bringing them to life… reflective meditation… storymaking, poetry, songwriting, improvisation and visual art... canoeing on and swimming in the lake… sinking into the hot tub, dipping in the stream…

All veering towards… what is the central question in my life right now… what am I called to do and be… what is my vision, dream, aspiration, hope, possibility? How can I take my next step now?

I thought you might like to know how we got on at the weekend with my 'How to Lead Lively Workshops' workshop. Brilliant! Fantastic! Wonderful! As you can tell I'm very pleased with how it went. So were the participants:

'enjoyed the weekend immensely', 'a genuine eye-opener' , 'stretching my creativity', 'well worth the investment' , 'Just right for anyone who wants to run workshops which are experiential and interactive.'....

The photo shows four participants in buddy pairs talking over their own workshop and seminar designs. We were heading back to our venue along a track above Penmaenmawr after a downpour stopped us just before we reached two ancient stone circles that stand on the mountainside (Note hood and umbrella). It was so good getting out for a 'coaching walk' during a workshop. There's sound reasons for doing that.

A Quick Decision and an African Charity

This weekend I’m running a weekend of  ‘How To Run Lively Workshops’ in North Wales and you can read all the details a few blogs down. Some great people are attending this workshop and to bring in another new face (and to make contact with people who may be interested in other aspects of my work and in future workshops) I’m GIFTING ONE place to someone who reads my blog and who will donate to my daughter’s charity which is helping refugee women and children near Kampala in Uganda. Some of them have HIV AIDs because the mothers were raped by soldiers who carried the disease. These women and their children crack rocks for a living and are also making beautiful paper bead necklaces. My daughter is helping them to get their bead products sold in the UK so they can stop having to crack rocks,and so far she has collected over £1,200. Her blog is www.trade-link.org.uk .
